What kind of item?

Choose a category to display a shorter, tailored form. The fields below are useful inventory fields, not yet live eBay category requirements.

Basic product details

Category-specific details

Tap the microphone to speak. Tap again to stop, then tap again for another segment. Nothing submits until you press Save Product.

S3 photo links (optional for first test)

Until QR photo grouping is automated, enter the sequence number of the first photograph and last photograph of this item. The app builds S3 links for the spreadsheet. It does not upload photos.

Quick record check Not checked

These are Matoakley's suggested intake checks, not official eBay required Item Specifics. Missing data does not prevent saving a draft.

After saving, you can continue photographing and recording another product. Saved items stay in this browser until removed or browser storage is cleared.

Export regularly. The AI review CSV includes category details, data gaps and photo-link status for ChatGPT. Records on Carla's and Robin's phones remain separate. Neither CSV is an eBay direct-upload template.

Privacy: This prototype sends no product records to a server. Browser speech recognition can involve an online transcription service. Camera use and speech recognition require a supported browser and normally an HTTPS-hosted page. No AWS keys or AI keys should be placed in this page. Always back up JSON before updates or clearing Chrome site data.
